Participants will leave feeling healthier, more radiant, and more confident. The workshop includes: • Facial activation, self-applied manual massage, and a cosmetic makeup session tailored to individual preferences (participants should bring their own beauty kits). • A physical stretching routine combined with self-massage practice.
