Barbara Harkness moved to Ajijic from Canada in 2008. She has a Bachelor of Education, taught in a public school and community college in Canada as well as managed a training department in the Head Office of a major bank. At Lakeside she has taught English at Instituto Loyola and the International School. She has volunteered with LCS for several years. Barbara is happy to share her experiences of learning how to live at Lakeside … and avoid some of the bumps in the road!
