Sandra Gutiérrez
She is coordinator of education programs and our Spanish instructor

Sandra was born in 1994 in Guadalajara, Jalisco. She studied Hispanic Literature, where one of her main interests was discovering that, although the language has its rules, the people are the ones who make the language. Derived from this, she liked the idea of sharing the beauty that Spanish has, especially with those people whose mother tongue is not Spanish. She participated in the PEPE program (Spanish Program for Foreigners) on two occasions; she gave reading comprehension and oral expression courses.

She has participated in prosody courses and she was a reading promoter, as well as an editor and proofreader in children’s newspaper. Sandra recently moved to the Lakeside of Chapala to work at LCS as a Spanish teacher to continue the work of bringing Spanish to more and more people and she has recently promoted as Assistant to the Direction of Education & Culture.
