The Stages of Change Model was created for those who wish to quit smoking and is now widely used in addiction recovery. You can use the model to make any kind of change in your life, from major transitions like moving to another country, to improving relationships, dieting or getting more organized.
We provide discussions, exercises, and tools to help you on the journey.
Topics include Resistance, Acceptance, Perception and Hope.
