Reserve your vendor space now for the Annual Christmas Fair at the Lake Chapala Society. This is the perfect event for artists, crafts folks, baked goods, j Jewelry, apparel and anything that can bring joy to your community members, family or friends.
Note that every effort will be made to honor your preference for booth space. But spaces are not guaranteed. Spaces will be assigend the week before the fair depending on the number of booths reserved.
Vendors will be able to set up their booths on Dec 6 starting at 9:00 am and must be fully set up by 12:00 start time. We encourage you to make your booth festive. Vendors will be able to store their items overnight in one of the meeting rooms at LCS, however LCS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. All materials and displays must be removed from LCS within two hours after the fair end on the second day.
Additional information will be sent to all vendors who have reserved and paid for their booth space in advance. Vendors must commit to have tehir booths open on both days. There are no refunds.

Reserve ahora su espacio de vendedor para la Feria Anual de Navidad en la Sociedad del Lago Chapala. Este es el evento perfecto para artistas, artesanos, productos horneados, joyas, ropa y cualquier cosa que pueda traer alegría a los miembros de su comunidad, familiares o amigos.
