Come to a 90 minute workshop to learn about the effects of skeletal misalignment and its effects on muscle and joint pain. Learn to recognize the common indicators of misalignment. Many of these can be treated to relieve pain and discomfort, prevent wear and tear on the joints that can lead to lack of free movement in the body. Common misalignments will be discussed and participants will be given an opportunity to evaluate themselves. Some helpful tips for proper use of the body during daily activities will also be demonstrated with participants having an opportunity to practice, and time for questions.
