This is a three session class. Anchor new skills and create harmony with others, on-the-spot, in the midst of real-life conflicts. You will learn to: - Stop angst, anxiety and worry in its tracks! - Realize accurate and helpful insights beneath what it “seems”. What are you telling yourself? Is it true? Helpful? Empowering? Does it help you feel the way you want to feel? If you’re going to make up a story, make it a magnificent one. That difficult person is not your enemy. In this class, you will learn to recognize what’s really going on, the true nitty-gritty, and how to repair it. Delight in the enriching and fulfilling life that you deserve.
