Join Alivia relaxation practices which are simple and easy but yet, very powerful.
Susana Bancalari She began her Hatha Yoga and Meditation practice in 1980 in Mexico City. She has a degree in Graphic Design and spent more than 20 years, first working in the clothing business, in Mexico City, managing a chain of stores, and then co-owning a property management company in Baja Mexico. Throughout her corporate years she was a dedicated Yoguini and decided to become a Yoga Teacher one day. She was certified at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center in California in 2009, which included teacher training workshops with Yoga Masters such as Erich Schiffmann, Sarah Powers, Cheri Clampett, to name a few. She also participated in Ayurveda and Meditation workshops at the Chopra Center with Dr. David Simon, Deepak Chopra and Davidji. Presently, she teaches Yoga and Meditation to groups or individuals that are looking to create a more relaxed and stress free lifestyle, helping them find balance not only through the practice but in daily activities too. Her latest project is Alivia, a collection of simple and easy practices that promote relaxation to anyone who is yearning to find a way to live life more fully and relaxed. These practices include breathing techniques, gentle movement with breath, guided imagery and journaling.
