Join us for a five week Tai Chi course with StewArt from balance health fun, educational and perfect for all levels, including beginners.
- Learn Yang style 16 form in a relaxed and supportive enviroment.
- Start each class with centering, move through join mobility exercises and finish with a guided healing meditation
Tai Chi improves balance,flexibility and overall wellness while reducing stress. It is not an exercise, it is an experience!. All are welcome.
Begginers encouraged to register.
Instructor Bio:
StewArt is a health nut who enjoys teaching and sharing the joy of healthy movement. He teaches tai chi, yoga and meditation. He created a health program to help people being healthier and happier.
