Join one of the most anticipated holiday events of the year! The Annual Christmas Fair at LCS is the perfect opportunity to showcase your work and connect with our vibrant community.

Whether you create art, crafts, baked goods, jewelry, apparel, or unique holiday gifts, this fair is the place to share your talent and bring joy to families, friends, and neighbors.

• High visibility with holiday shoppers from across the community

• Support for the community-based programs of the Lake Chapala Society

✨ Vendor Information:

• Booth Spaces: Every effort will be made to honor your preferred location; final assignments will be made the week prior based on the number of booths reserved.

• Set-Up: Friday, December 5 from 9:00 am. All booths must be fully ready by the 11:00 am opening.

• Festive Touch: We encourage vendors to decorate with holiday colors (red and green) to spread the Christmas spirit.

• What to Bring: Vendors provide their own tables and displays. Chairs will be provided by LCS.

• Storage: Overnight storage will be available in an LCS meeting room. (Please note: LCS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.)

• Take-Down: All booths must be cleared within two hours after the fair closes on the final day.

• Commitment: Vendors must participate on both days of the fair. No refunds are available.

La Feria Navideña Anual en LCS es la oportunidad perfecta para mostrar tu trabajo y conectarte con nuestra vibrante comunidad.

Ya sea que crees arte, artesanías, repostería, joyería, ropa o regalos navideños únicos, esta feria es el lugar ideal para compartir tu talento y llevar alegría a familias, amigos y vecinos.

• Gran visibilidad con los compradores navideños de toda la comunidad

• Un ambiente festivo y acogedor para exhibir tus productos

• Apoyo a los programas comunitarios de la Lake Chapala Society

✨ Información para vendedores:

• Espacios de stands: Se hará todo lo posible por respetar tu ubicación preferida; la asignación final se hará la semana previa según el número de espacios reservados.

• Montaje: Viernes 5 de diciembre a partir de las 9:00 am. Todos los stands deben estar listos para la apertura a las 11:00 am.

• Toque festivo: Se anima a los vendedores a decorar con colores navideños (rojo y verde) para compartir el espíritu de la temporada.

• Qué traer: Los vendedores deben traer sus propias mesas y exhibidores. LCS proporcionará sillas.

• Almacenaje: Habrá un salón disponible para guardar artículos durante la noche. (Favor de notar: LCS no se hace responsable por pérdidas, robos o daños).

• Desmontaje: Todos los stands deben desmontarse dentro de las dos horas posteriores al cierre de la feria el último día.

• Compromiso: Los vendedores deben participar en ambos días de la feria. No hay reembolsos.
