This is a three part class series. Do you yearn for more meaningful relationships? With your Children? Grandchildren? Friends? Do you want to get better at opening up those difficult (yet important) conversations? Will they listen? Will you feel heard? Understood? Learn how to talk with anybody anytime about anything… And not be afraid that you (or they) will be triggered. Feel safe opening up heartfelt communication to experience an even greater sense of connection and belonging with family and trustworthy friends. The Connection Practice combines empathy (achieved through a conscious connection to feelings and needs) and insight (accessed through heart-brain coherence). A unique synergy of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and HeartMath and MORE, for an amazingly simple and quick route to deep and meaningful connection.
