A 4-week course in beginning Tai chi.  You will learn the Yang Style Tai Chi the 16 forms.  Each class is divided into 4 parts: centering, basic joint mobility, Yang style tai chi, and closes with a guided healing meditation.  All are welcome and yes beginners too.

 There are many health benefits to tai chi: balance, flexibility, fun group activity, breath work, and more. StewArt has practiced tai chi for over 20 years and has a Black sash in tai chi, as well as 2 certifications in yoga, and created a health program called Balance Health, www.BalanceHealth.guru.

Tai Chi improves balance,flexibility and overall wellness while reducing stress. It is not an exercise, it is an experience!. All are welcome.

            Beginners encouraged to register.

Instructor Bio:

StewArt is a health nut who enjoys teaching and sharing the joy of healthy movement. He teaches tai chi, yoga and meditation. He created a health program to help people being healthier and happier. Balance Health www.balancehealthguru [email protected] he has a black sash in Tai Chi , two certifications in yoga. He is a professiona ballet and dance room  dancer
