The Whispering Technique™ is a gentle practice of breath and movement, healing presence, positive attention, and consent-based touch—created to support nervous system regulation, connection, and inner ease. In this warm, experiential workshop, Gaylee invites you into a different pace: slower, kinder, and more listening than striving. Because so often, the nervous system doesn’t release through force—it releases through safety. Through pursed-lips “whisper” breathing, simple seated and standing movements, and respectful, inclusive consent-based touch, you’ll explore what becomes possible when you’re supported rather than pressured.
In session one you will learn how to give and receive **NECK & SHOULDER** massage treatments.
