Tibetan Singing Bowls is an experiential wellness and meditation class centered on the sustained sounds and vibrations produced by metal & quartz singing bowls. This guided class uses rich, resonant tones and natural vibrations to create an environment that encourages deep relaxation, mindful awareness, and physical and emotional well-being.
Scientific studies suggest that singing-bowl meditation helps reduce perceived stress, anxiety, muscular tension, fatigue, and negative mood. Emerging research also points to potential benefits for sleep quality, emotional balance, and pain perception.

Participants will experience mindful breathing, attentive listening, and extended sound-meditation sessions designed to encourage mental calm, bodily relaxation, and present-moment awareness.
This accessible and restorative experience welcomes beginners and experienced meditators alike. It offers an opportunity to disconnect from daily distractions, reconnect with oneself, and explore sound meditation as a complementary approach to personal wellness.
