Join us for a fascinating and empowering educational talk exploring the difference between normal and optimal health. Discover how advanced functional testing can provide deeper insights into hormone pathways and learn practical, DNA-informed lifestyle strategies to support energy, clarity, and vitality during midlife transitions.

Designed especially for high-achieving adults, this presentation offers a fresh perspective on understanding your health and reclaiming your vitality.

About the Presenter:

Rupina Meer is a Board-Certified Functional Health Practitioner who brings a unique vantage point, sitting on both sides of the table: as the practitioner with embodied wisdom, and as the patient brewing breast cancer while her labs read "normal." This vantage can't be learned. It must be earned, and she earned hers the hard way. She is skilled at zooming out, connecting the dots and seeing patterns in complex metabolic cases that other practitioners often miss.

She is a lighthouse for anyone who is doing everything right and still feeling wrong, because she has walked through the fire herself and emerged with a profound understanding of what it takes to heal. She is on an unapologetic mission to serve midlife souls with so-called "impossible" diagnoses who feel unseen, unheard, medically gaslit, or told their labs are "normal" when their body is screaming otherwise.
