Ajijic’s charming streets invite us to slow down—but uneven sidewalks demand our full attention. In this engaging, interactive class, discover how mindful walking can help you stay safer while bringing more joy, presence, and playfulness into everyday life.
Using the simple formula Scary + Fun = Breakthrough, you'll discover how a spirit of play transforms anxiety into curiosity, making it easier—and more enjoyable—to stay aware while navigating Ajijic’s unique terrain. Through mindfulness practices, playful awareness games, and gentle walking exercises, you'll improve balance, reduce stress, and notice both potential hazards and the beauty around you.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or have practiced for years, you'll leave with practical tools you can use immediately. Together, we'll transform ordinary moments into extraordinary ones—one mindful step at a time—leading not only to safer walking, but also to greater resilience and eudaimonia: the ancient Greek ideal of a flourishing life.
